Suzy Radman is the principal and founder of Conscious Investing. Her experience spans over 25 years in property acquisitions, finance, property coaching and consulting. Suzy has taken what she has gained from working at boutique agencies, through to the largest property investment firms, and created a more holistic approach to servicing her clients. Strongly believing that investing in the right property should benefit both the buyer and the community.

As a property strategist and property coach, Suzy has assisted hundreds of clients in setting up and growing property investment portfolios. Her early experience in residential property sales and property management, backed by 10 years experience as a Mortgage Broker, has given her a solid understanding of property investing.

Shane's passion for real estate started over 15 years ago when he commenced educating himself in wealth creation and property investing, through a myriad of mentors and experts in these fields. In 2012 when the opportunity arose, Shane began to create his property portfolio and has consistently added to that each year since.

Shane has previously held sales and state management positions with some of the largest property groups in the country. Where he coached and educated hundreds of clients in property investing. With his keen eye for detail and his extensive knowledge of the property market, Shane is responsible for sourcing high quality and unique property opportunities.

Shane is constantly striving to achieve great things for both himself and those around him. His win-win attitude has seen continuous improvement and success within his network and will continue to lead through his vision of oneness.
